Our business was founded in January 2025 after relocating to the Joplin area from Illinois, where our owner, Sam, spent five years working as a maintenance technician for a property management company. With years of hands-on experience in residential maintenance, rental property repairs, painting, flooring, and general handyman work, the goal was simple: bring dependable service, strong communication, and quality craftsmanship to local homeowners and property owners.

Working in maintenance and property management from a young age created a strong foundation in the industry. Growing up around rental property management and later working full-time in the field helped develop the skills and attention to detail needed to handle a wide variety of home repair and improvement projects.
From fixing a running toilet or replacing defective outlets to patching drywall, repairing garbage disposals, painting interiors, installing flooring, and completing full rental unit turns, no job is considered too small.
